1. There are no guarantees whatsoever,
if fact we recommend that you should beware of companies that are
offering any guarantees.
2. Search Engines and the way that they rank websites change ALL
the time and there is no way to "beat" them with
certainty, hence no guarantees.
3. It can take months for search engines to change the position of
your website, which is why it is best to start sooner rather then
later with SEO.
4. Although we try our best to move you up the search results, it
must be made clear that altering your site could also harm your
current rankings.
5. Competitors may increase their SEO and PPC campaigns so you may
drop down the list and may also need to pay more to keep your
Adwords appear near the top.
6. We will provide statistics once a month, which you can base your
decisions and return on investment calculations on.
7. Clients do not get access to campaign settings and login
information.
8. All setup and information remains the property of SEO-Spring and
should the client cancel the account they will not be supplied the
campaign settings or information
9. Accounts are all prepaid and must be paid 5 days before the end
of each month, failing that the accounts will be suspended.
10. SEO-Spring will not be held responsible for any damages resulted
in suspended accounts for whatever reason.
